Smallville Into a Film?

0

By azzib287 on December 23rd, 2012

If you’ve ever wanted to see Clark Kent as a young adult, being taught life lessons from his Dad through a fortress of ice and witnessing his eventual rise to legendary Superman’dom. Not to mention seeing a variety of heros from the DC Comics all in one space then you better start stacking that DVD shelf, because TVs Smallville is all of the above and more.

It is the slowest transition for a fictional character to fit on some tight red clothing, but what a journey it is. With every series and episode you’ll get something different and fresh, perhaps loosely connected to the previous episode, but still unique nevertheless.

Its one rare TV show I’ve watched, where I was genuinely impressed with the special effects, few TV series get such a fortunate budget, but this one has effects you’d normally expect in main stream films. Check out some of those fantastic effects here.

Alfred Gough and Miles Milllar creators of Smallville said: Alfred: “The fun of smallville, is how we get to certain moments the fans want to see, like the classic relationship between Lois Lane and Clark Kent. Miles: The foreplay is a lot more fun so were dragging that out as much as possible.

This is why Smallville was so fun and why it could be vulnerable if it was made into a film, unless of course the writing is good and it’s what people want then, who knows what the future may hold (unless you have a legion ring). Or if like me you’ve had more than your fair share of Smallville and want to see something a little different and unique. Then this is the best option “Man of Steel.”

The latest edition to the DC films is set to be a fantastic outing for the all mighty hero. The posse from The Dark Knight fame are involved in the scripting, including Christopher Nolan and its potential release is in fall 2013.
