Review Round-Up: Wonder Woman IS the Hero the DCEU Needed

If you haven’t already seen Wonder Woman, see it … now. We saw it on the 1st and again on the 3rd. Can’t wait to see it a third time.

It’s an action packed, fun super hero movie with a great message – for everyone, not just girls. Patty Jenkins (the director) did an excellent job and we’re looking forward to more from her in this universe.

The cast performances and script are realistic and enjoyable; and the story is not too shallow, as it can often be in super hero flicks.  The special effects do not detract; and I know some people are complaining about the slo-mo, but I really liked it and felt it gave an interesting, unique style and enhancement to the action scenes.

After a string of disappointing and mediocre films, (*ahem* Suicide Squad), the DCEU needed a hero, and it’s got it in Wonder Woman.

If you’re still not convinced, here’s our trademark review round-up – spoiler free – from some of our favorite YouTubers.

If that wasn’t enough, you can see more reviews on our YouTube channel. And, P.S., don’t forget to pick up that bumpin’ soundtrack on iTunes. 😉
