This Friday September 1st, Marvel’s Inhumans will debut it’s 74 minute premiere episode on IMAX screens.

But the TV premiere will be 9 minutes longer with additional scenes. Hmm. Shouldn’t the IMAX release be longer?

Rumor has it that the show may not be as good as we’d like. It was originally slated to be a movie opening in 2020, but was later changed to be a television series after lukewarm responses.

To me, the trailer makes it look like Aeon Flux meets X-Men meets What-Jupiter-Ascending-Should-Have-Been, which could be good. Definitely worth a try especially on TV but there’s something awesome about seeing shows we like (or might like) on the big screen.

In any case, the TV show premiers on ABC on September 29th. Regardless, we’ll have a review round-up for you before then so you can decide for yourself.
