Ted and John

A lot of you already may know or have an idea about a certain cheeky bear that goes by the imaginative name of Ted. If you ever wanted to see a child wish to stay together forever with a bear, that comes true and literally are friends for a good length of time, smoke all kinds of substances, and has the pottiest mouth for any teddy bear ever known, which talks obviously, then I definitely recommend you seeing this. Certainly if this film were to have won any Oscars then someone would need to go over the movies awarding system immediately that said amazingly it has done very well despite its crewed scenes, use of drugs, and generally ridiculous concept.

That said anyone who is familiar with Seth Mcfarlanes work such as Family Guy or The Cleveland Show will know in advance the sort of thing to expect, and will more than likely enjoy this, but even fans of the regular shows could be surprised with the no holds barred, less censored attitude shown here in this feature.

Mark Whalberg does a good job to keep the relationship going and consequently keeps the majority of the movie going along with Mila Kunis.

Ted can be seen overall as a fairly successful film, but the skill involved and finesse that’s so well done in Family Guy, is somewhat lost in this and instead (as mentioned earlier) replaced with general shock tactics, a passable rendition of the Fantasy genre and inappropriate behaviour and in some respects thats why we love it. It can almost seem like the lid on certain lines that wanted to be said in Family Guy was closed, but revealed in this one.

Those of you not familiar or easily offended with Seth’s work would be wise to stay away. Be warned watch at your own risk as it could shock or be shockingly funny.
