Skyrim

What is mentioned about Skyrim more so than anything else, is its beautiful graphics, and suffice to say, it is visually staggering. It made me do a, Whoa a few times! You’ll gather the habit of looking around with minutes flying by, on a mountain top, as you gaze at the places you were at a little earlier on, when you knew you should have taken a break, but you couldn’t as the views then locked you in too.

With the views fully worshiped and deservedly so;) there are no cut scenes included in this game as far as I could see. Which does ruin the flow and fluency, and there’s nothing better than a bit of flow, any action and/or adventure has to normally be created on your own accord, this is where repetitiveness can set in, if you don’t mix it up. Don’t let this put you off as it is only knit picking, (not literally of course). If you like Lord of the Rings this is sure to give you a good time, as some of the features included in this one, look like they jumped out of the LOTR book, Mary Poppins style, and popped into this game, as mentioned the similarities are uncanny at times.

Generally gameplay is going over old ground, with some solid improvements, from the Fallout series which if you’re familiar with any of the guys, is the same team responsible for this cheeky gem.

A lot of fans had many discussions and even arguments (nothing physical that’s ridiculous), over such comments, like, Skyrim being nothing more than a fantasy version of Fallout with a different storyline. You would see how easy such comments can come around, as in some parts the point is a good one, as you can feel a lot like you’re in Fallout.

But the feeling is mutual for many, in that the same formula is in place, that’s used in Fallout, but overall the game is very different. What you’ll really enjoy is the way they’ve created certain encounters between you and the world, seemingly random events that can occur at any occasion, this is very appealing, when you see a dragon flying and circling a prey in the distance. So in conclusion recommended but do different tasks, as it can get boring otherwise.
