Oooh! That Looks Good!

If you happen to mention the title above this year, and want a little push on deciding what films, are really worth reaching into your pocket for. Then fear not as some of the films here will help you out, so much so you’ll be in and out of that rental store, faster than you can say, oooh! That looks good!

When you look on the shelf and see that it’s not the shelf that’s blank but you, and you find 20 minutes has gone, can be annoying. Or is that just me that does that? Anyway films, right…

1) Marvels The Avengers – If you’ve seen it already, then see it again as you won’t get bored of this little cheeky gem. Lot’s of action, favorite hero’s you imagine yourself being and plenty of laughter, overall entertaining, stuff.

2) Starship Troopers: Invasion. Mainly for the fan of the originals but if people didn’t feel they got enough from Starship Troopers and “Pauls direction” then they would do well, to have a look at this newest installment, don’t expect Oscar’s flying out but, definitely worth checking out for those fans. Word of warning expect violence!

3) John Carter – Fantastic adventure fun for all the family, well structured piece, with a fast dog thing character getting involved that’s strangely cute. Anyone who’s a fan of Sci-Fi will have to see this, yes “have!”

4) The Walking Dead – I’m going to throw a T.V series into the mix, that’s “proper” worthy of a mention, if you like zombies, (not literally obviously, all though there are certain people who look like one, on a Sunday morning, me included), then this is the best rendition on TV you’ll see, and is a strong contender with some of the films out there.

5) Immortals – Is and could be a dark horse, out already, if you want a mix of 300 and Clash of the Titans then definitely get this. Word of warning, Violence is a plenty.

6) Ghost Rider 2 – Again don’t expect anything Oscar worthy from this straight to DVD feature, but if you want general, silly and adventurous fun, then this would be the best one to go for. Nicolas Cage reprises his role and takes a few pauses too many as the Ghost Rider.

All in all if you want pure top adventure then, John Carter and The Avengers would be the best ones to go for.
