FREE Star Wars Gifts for SWTOR Players

If you couldn’t make the latest Star Wars The Old Republic (SWTOR) Cantina, held during Star Wars Celebration in Orlando this year, you haven’t missed out yet on some of the digital swag they gave away.

We’ve got the SWTOR Cantina download codes for you right here. If you don’t know about SWTOR but would like to, read on. If you do, you can skip straight to the codes at the bottom of this article.

For those who don’t know, Star Wars The Old Republic, SWTOR, is an online multiplayer game set in the Old Republic Star Wars Universe, about 3000 years before the movies we now enjoy, before the dark times, before the Empire.

You can play this game’s core story content, hundreds of hours, completely for free and receive an enormous amount of entertainment including 8 complete stories for 8 different characters. That said, I recommend spending at least $5 in the in-game store since the game’s free-to-play restrictions can be quite painful, so I hear – I’ve never experienced them personally.

If you like it, pay $15 for a 30 day subscription, $29 for a 60-day subscription, or just under $42 for 90 days, and unlock all the perks you can handle plus a slew of additional content.

You can support the blog if you sign up through our link here, plus get some great perks including 7-days of full subscription time free.

Check out these vids from one of our favorite YouTubers, Sam, who, like myself, has subscribed to the game since day-1, on whether or not the game is worth it. Although he’s a subscriber, he’s also a popular member of the SWTOR community and is well in touch with all of the views on the subject of online games and gives a well-rounded objective view.

Ok. So if you decide to check it out, you can get some additional free goodies from the most recent SWTOR Cantina by entering the codes below in the Redeem Code section of your account.

Enter the code SWCELEBRATION17 to receive an in-game astromech droid.

Enter the code SWCANTINA17 to receive an in-game vehicle mount.

I’ve enjoyed this game for many years and it really just keeps getting better. Sure, there are plenty of things I don’t like, but no game is perfect. But if you love Star Wars and would like to live your own personal stories, Star Wars The Old Republic might just be for you. After all, you can’t beat free right?

May the Force serve you well.
