Warehouse 13 Review, info and news. SyFy supernatural series.
Cast: Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly, Saul Rubinek, Genelle Williams.
A couple of secret service agents, Pete Lattimer, and Myka Bering are reasigned to a warehouse where their main job is to hunt down and to collect rare objects that have the potential power to destroy all of human kind. Working with what seems to be out dated yet futuristic gadgets, they gather all these artifacts to be stored in the highly secured warehouse where they can do no damage to anyone. As the season progresses you find out that there is a traitor among the group.
Each new episode we see brings with it a wonderful background story, amazing adventure and a plot that just keeps building as the episodes roll on. All of the actors do an outstanding performance with utterly believeable characters that you grow to love and actually care about. Each episode brings to it a new and unique artifact based on real life but with extrodinary powers built into them.
The Not So Good:
The character development is a little cliche. A man and a woman partner working together over time show feelings for one another but would deny them if spoken out right. The classic requited love story of the ages. And of course the ever classic traitorous good guy gone bad which is also a bit played out.
The first season was a huge success for the USA network, keeping viewers entertained and in suspense from the start of the show until the credits roll. It definitely leaves you wanting more and drooling over your television as the days roll by until the next episode airs. Stars Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly, and Saul Rubinek come together to form a great cast to work as a unit of not only Secret Servicemen but also almost as a family.
