V series is back. V 1×05 Welcome to the War review, pictures, video.Next episode: Pound of Flesh.
After months of waiting for continue, V series is finally back with us after an endless break.
Father Jack was stabbed in the last episode but instead of being taken to a normal human hospital, he’s taken to a V healing center.
Aliens vaccinated him up with R6 and Jack can feel it inside of him. Something isn’t right.
Chad, after being told in the last episode by the Visitors that he’s going to develop a brain aneurysm he doesn’t know what to do. His human doctor can’t tell him whether or not the V’s are right about their prediction because we as humans don’t have the same technology. Chad doesn’t know who to trust and the worry and fear of suffering instant death is really getting to him. It’s a tough situation.
The 5th column is still working hard as a resistance against the V’s but they’re very much outnumbered. They’re staying positive and coming up with new plans of attack. Ana is pissed that a good chunk of the V’s supply of R6 vaccine was destroyed in the warehouse explosion. To get even and ahead, they frame a known mercenary/terrorist as the culprit to get him out of the way. They know with his skills he’s a threat and they want the FBI preoccupied with him. Erica is smart and she sees this and gets Ryan to help her convince Kyle Hobbes to join the resistance instead. After much blackmail and money offerings, it takes Ryan’s reptilian eyeball to get him to agree.
AND…we have seen an alien sex with Morena Baccarin.
Rating: 8/10
