You need not fear fellow Sci-Fi fans because, when you’re at the rental or game store, trying to decide what game to get, these four will save you and form your direct decision. Let’s get to it shall we!
Though you may not see much core Sci-Fi elements in Assassin’s Creed 3 with the majority of the game involving action, it still is mainly a Sci-Fi game. As the main action is only a relay of captured memories, through the technological machine known as the “Animus.” Jeez! How technical is that!? The best in gaming, with a new revamp, engine and weapons, can’t recommend enough.
The creators of Mass Effect 3 have revealed that a new ending will soon be available for the fans, who requested a better finish. If only the ending is where the issues lie, the game could have easily been accepted, even without the download available. There’s no doubt it’s a very efficiently designed game, even with the minor resolution, the thumbs are all the way up from most. The download is available June 26th in North America and July 4th in Europe this year. Not a full game, but when Mass Effect (consequently awesomeness) is involved it has to be mentioned.
Though this is very early days yet and it’s not expected to be released until February 28, 2013. Metal Gear Solid: Re-vengeance. RAIDEN is back in full form and better than ever before, reports state he will have even more tricks up his sleeve, better maneuverability and overall be the best MGS yet. And I tell you what, it looks silly good. For unknowing MGS fans this will be big news, considering how Sons of Liberty was arguably the best in the series, with more of the focal point being on sword fighting again, it will no doubt be firing on all cylinders next year or perhaps this year.
A title that’s not particularly good, that’s due for release November 4th 2012 is Halo 4. Even when you read that sentence its instant disbelief. Halo 4 is now so popular that a sentence mentioning it’s not good would leave doubt in anyone. Its back with the multi-player function being more involving and exhilarating, so much so that many have defined Halo as being iconic and reshaping the entertainment industry all together. Though perhaps giving more grapes than needed, it’s definitely a brilliant game that is not only set in outdoing the previous but will involve many more vehicles and weaponry.
