Magical or Out of Stardust?

5) Mirror Mirror

The newest out of the five, which has some fantastic acting and traditional wonder, from the classic story this one, is based on. Which somewhat comes alive in this rendition, bought to the screen nicely.

4) Stardust

This deep fantasy world follows a young man who looks for a fallen star for a girl (after both agreeing that it’s been seen in the horizon.) It’s safe to assume he would clearly do anything, for her. I would have just got her an Orange Tango to be honest or a meal. What he discovers is not what he expected, queue the many metaphors, as the fallen star happens to be a very nice looking woman. Hard to believe? Keep watching you’ll see flying sailing ships in no time. An overlooked imaginative look into a very varied magical world, with classic hero and villain though overplayed is always good to see in a modern quality.

 3) Chronicles of Narnia

Never has a story created so much, mystery and suspense over a cupboard as much as Narnia, authors bestselling novels have been very sought after and has filled people’s imagination for many years, and can now be seen in film format. A film trilogy that does stay true to the books, you’ll never look at cupboards the same way ever again.

 2) Hook

One of the best adaptations of Peter Pan certainly in film format, and Robin Williams being a superb choice for the role, Stephen Spielberg having another successful outing, in this magical world that’s never been told to such a degree of quality in quite the same, way since.

 1) Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Beautifully hand painted animation with some of the most diverse set of personalities which are what their names go by, their personal characteristic. If Disney could be good at something that would be great… please!
