Here at Sci-Fi Bloggers, we run a lot of individual pieces on the site, each of them revolving around and focusing on a specific topic. Sometimes, however, we like to crank it up a notch and take a look at a few things at once. With that said, we invite you to follow us as we take a look at what’s happening…AROUND THE NET!
Citadel 7: Enter the Superverse
People looking for a great read should check out Citadel 7, a sci-fi trilogy with an intriguing plot. The series was written by Australian author Yuan Sur and has been in development since 2008.
Citadel 7 revolves around Commander Ben Bloch and his allies who try to save existence from being erased at the hands of a being of great intelligence obsessed with perfection. Bloch’s journeys also see his group caught up in various battles between different superverse races.
Sur’s own story is also an interesting one. He served time in the Australian military and later sought out life as a Buddhist monk. After overcoming a life-threatening illness in 2007, Sur combined his knowledge of life-immersing paths and a love of sci-fi to become a sci-fi/alternate worlds author for adults.

Vandroid
Are you a fan of anime novels that also have heavy action sequences? Than you should definitely pick up a copy of the graphic novel, Vandroid.
Set in the year 1984, the story follows mechanic Chuck Garducci who teams up with an old MIT classmate to build a robot. Using plutonium and salvaged NASA parts, Chuck creates a robot so human it can only be named Vandroid. Chuck sees his new creation as a way for all of his lost potential to be fulfilled.
I always enjoy when robots/androids take on human characteristics. It can lead to anything from a heartwarming tale to genocide of the human race. To place an order for your copy of Vandroid, click here.
